This one should be taken seriously as they are threatening impending court action!

NOTICE OF IMPENDING COURT ACTION

despite repeated requests for payment your overdue debt in the sum of £1501.63 with our client above remains outstanding. Accordingly, documents may now be prepared to enable the issue of a claim against you in Local Court.
ONCE JUDGEMENT HAS BEEN GRANTED THE FOLLOWING MAY APPLY:-
- Your Debt being increased to include Legal Costs and Judicial Interest.
- Your Name being entered in the Public Records of your Local Court.
- Your Credit Worthiness being adversely affected for future Credit Applications.
IF THERE IS CONTINUING NON-PAYMENT AFTER JUDGEMENT WE MAY APPLY TO THE COURT IN ORDER THAT:-
